If you wish to return merchandise you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA Number Please follow these guidelines and we will help you return or exchange the items fast and efficiently. However, due to the nature of the business of replacement parts you must act promptly to avoid losing the option of getting a replacement or Credit No warranty on Batteries, unless specified in product description. Our guarantee on is to assure the drives are formatted, with no bad sectors. any other defects and failures detected by utilities other than DOS-Format and Fdisk, is not supported by this warranty. Customer to ship any defective products at their own expense. Returned Drives will be examined and inspected by Access Computer, and if verified to be under warranty, Access Computer will ship replacements, and/or issue credit to customer. NO CASH REFUND. A restocking fee of $25 or 25% of sales price, (whichever greater), will be applied to returned products not covered under these warranty terms, or not defective. Warranty is void, unless returned products shipped in original packaging and/or using sufficient packing material to avoid damage in shipping. To request an RMA number, please send an email to info@AccParts.com and specify ALL the following required information: Product description, P/N, date of purchase, and the date when you received the product, Invoice number, Purchase order Number, or any other reference number such as Ebay Auction No. last digits of credit card used, etc. Price and shipping charges, Reason for your request (failure, wrong product, damaged in shipping, etc.) Authorized Returns Dead on Arrival (DOA), Items Incorrectly Ordered (IIO), Items Incorrectly Shipped (IIS) and items that you wish to return for any other reason must be reported within 3 days from receiving the item to get a refund. You must request a Return Authorization Number within the 3 days period or you will not be able to get a replacement or credit We reserve the right to test the product and confirm the defectiveness before issuing a credit or an exchange. Unauthorized Returns Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees. Any items defaced, physically damaged, non-functional due to user error or virus. Any returns with out a Valid RMA Number. Any item returned after 10 days from when an RMA number has been issued. Shipping Charges Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on return items. All related fees (shipping and return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all items. If we send you an incorrect item or the item is defective and you wish to get a replacement we will ship the item back to you via UPS Ground Service at our expense. Please check your products description for warranty period before placing an order. Longer warranty teems may be available on some products for an additional warranty fee.
